into a new home or letting ?
One of the most important inspections that should be
carried out is an electrical survey to ensure that the
wiring is safe.
In 2002, around 12500 fires were reported as having
an electrical source, including faulty or inadequate
wiring.
Once
you engage us to carry out your electrical inspection,
we will contact your estate agent or vendor direct,
and deal with everything for you.
If the property is occupied we will arrange access with
them, and if unoccupied we will collect and return keys
to the agent, the safety test will be carried out as
quickly as possible, usually within days of your enquiry.
We will promptly forward a written report & estimate
for any works that may be necessary.

you can pay by cheque or cash if you prefer.
